We require a part time appointment setter – Working from home your task will be to book us 2 new “potential business” meetings per day for our sales reps/directors. Business Sales Executive (Belfast)

You are a Digital Sales Executive and a highly motivated and dynamic individual who wants to join our Digital Sales Team. As a Digital expert, you’ll work closely with clients in an assigned territory or category, assessing their advertising needs and offering creative digital solutions to help reach their objectives and better engage their customers!

What you will be doing:

•Proactively prospect, qualify, grow and maintain all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory or category.

•Possess a thorough knowledge of the digital product portfolio (features, benefits, rates, etc.); use knowledge to overcome customer objectives.

•Develop prospecting leads using a variety of sources, including Digital, Print and Networking events.

•Understand how the competition sells their products and services, including rates and specials

•Keep records of products sold to customers and look for ways to increase advertiser spend

•Create marketing presentations and update as needed.

•Create winning proposals while working with the client’s budget and also looking for growth opportunities

•Actively pursue and maintain an understanding of new digital trends in the media industry.

•Work as a leader of the sales and support teams to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction

Qualifications

What we would like to see:
•1-3 years digital sales experience. College degree is optional.

  • Well Presented – Professional and Well Groomed.

•Proven track record of success driving revenue (e.g., ability to capture and close the deal)
•Excellent presentation, negotiation and customer relationship skills
•Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; demonstrated time management skills.
•Strong new business development skills preferred.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
•Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle in order to visit clients on site

Social Media Internship

Internship applicants should have excellent written English skills and a desire to develop a career in digital/online marketing.

The main focus is likely to be:

The three month internship is unpaid – but we will allow for travel and food allowances should you be asked to attend meetings.

In addition to excellent real-world experience, in an exciting growth industry, there is a strong
chance of getting a paid job with the team.

This role will include assisting with client projects and our own digital strategy as a business.  You will also be given the opportunity to attend prospect and client meetings with account managers and directors.

Graduates in Marketing, English or journalism are preferred – but no qualifications or experience are necessary and full training is provided. (The ability to create graphics and info-graphics would be a distinct advantage).

As a minimum you must be able to write and speak excellent English. You must also have the ability to work as part of a dynamic team. We need people who are excited about working in online marketing – and able to work independently and make things happen.

Essential Criteria
• Sound understanding of fundamental design principles (Typography, Layout, Visual Hierarchy, Colour Theory etc…).
• Experience of the UX design process including information architecture, wireframing and prototyping.
• Proven experience in delivering outstanding responsive design.
• Strong front-end development skills – HTML5, CSS
• Excellent communication and team-working skills
• 2 years plus hands-on experience in a similar role
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to work well on your own and within a team environment
